ReportIt logo

ReportIt is a FREE Web-based service provided to residents.  The Richmond County Sheriff's Office continues to work to bring information to the citizens of Richmond County to assist you in being prepared in the event of a theft or loss.  ReportIt is a proactive tool that allows you to easily catalog information about your valuables, which includes serial numbers, owner applied numbers, photos of property and scans of receipts.

The FREE Web-based service is offered to residents of jurisdictions which utilize the LeadsOnline service and It's completely internet based, so you never have to worry about losing the data you have saved.

No one expects to be the victim of property crime, but if or when it does happen, you'll need to be able to provide the information to law enforcement and your insurance provider.  Anything of value can be recorded, for example collectibles, jewelry, electronics, machinery, lawn equipment, motorcycles, 4-wheelers, firearms, and even designer clothes and handbags.  Also, your ReportIt account information can only be accessed using your username and password, and in the event your property was to go missing, you'll be able to print the information from any computer with internet access and provide the printed information to law enforcement.

ReportIt is free, secure and available to all residents of Richmond County, and each account may store up to 100 items.  Additional storage is available by emailing citizen@leadsonline.com. Corporate accounts are available by contacting LeadsOnline at 800-311-2656.
